Lack of in-room irons!!! Coffee mugs too small!!! Room configurations could be rethought to make better use of space!!!

The food was good with a wide array of choice! Its location was excellent and fantastic, in a French cafe, and in a safe area. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Everything was great, unbeatable location not far from Convenient to the Champs Elysees, and Champs-Elysees and Rue Saint-Honore, pleasant staff. The rooms were airy and spotless, equipped with a kettle, tea kettle, and a seating area. Plenty of excellent food, I appreciated it.

Perfect Escape for Families

The staff really were very good I mean it was like nothing I ever expected. They even brought board games for the kids, just like that! It was a cozy touch. Plus the location was prime, close to restaurants and shops, perfect for a family trip.

Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly it felt worth it in the end.

Polite and multi-lingual reception staff. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Excellent location for ease of access to attractions. Plenty of dining close by.

We had a blast in this cozy room! The location is perfect for checking out the Eiffel Tower and Musée d'Orsay. The little gifts like macarons in the room were a sweet touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great, really comfortable, well decorated and large room, excellent bathroom, and very good continental breakfasts. Great location too just off Champs Elysees.

My only complaint is that the room was very hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The room was adorable and super cozy. It was close to all the hot spots for nightlife. We loved the welcome card and macaroons!

Absolutely loved the chic decor and cozy ambiance. The breakfast had good French options, and the complimentary macaroons at check-in were a sweet touch. I would happily return!

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy Deluxe Double Room, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with fresh pastries and homemade omelets to fuel our days. The pool area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the game room provided some fun downtime with friends. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We had notified the hotel we were visiting to celebrate our Silver Wedding and on our arrival found a bottle of chilled champagne and a lovely note. That was such a lovely touch and we couldn,t fault this hotel. We wouldn,t hesitate to re-book this gorgeous hotel.
